Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)
Total US Delivery Time: 7–12 business days (processing + transit)
Origin: All orders are dispatched from our international fulfilment facility. Following US customs clearance, last-mile delivery is carried out by USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Delivery Cost: Complimentary on all US orders Carriers: UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail, and FedEx Ground Tracking: A tracking link is sent to your email at the time of dispatch.
How Your Order Is Handled
As soon as your order is confirmed, you'll receive an email acknowledgement and we'll get straight to work preparing your items for dispatch from our international warehouse. The majority of orders are packed and ready within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Once your parcel is on its way, a tracking link will be sent directly to your inbox. From the date of purchase, you can expect delivery within 7–12 business days, accounting for both processing and transit time. Sienna Rae Malibu works with trusted regional carriers to ensure reliable last-mile delivery on every order.
When Things Take a Little Longer
If your order hasn't arrived once the full processing and shipping window has passed, we ask that you allow an additional 2 working days before getting in touch. Your tracking link will give you the most up-to-date information on your parcel's progress. If your order is still nowhere to be found after that, reach out to us at support@anyafashion.com and we'll look into it right away.
Can't Find Your Package?
If your tracking status shows as delivered but your order hasn't turned up, please contact us within 7 days at support@anyafashion.com and we'll investigate on your behalf.
Need to Cancel?
If you'd like to cancel your order, email support@anyafashion.com as soon as possible. Cancellations can only be accommodated if your order has not yet entered processing or been prepared for shipment.
Received Something Damaged or Incorrect?
We're sorry if something's not right. Send us a photo along with your order number at support@anyafashion.com and we'll review it promptly — arranging a replacement or the correct item without delay.
